Dan & Natasha (from this stunning engagement shoot) recently got married at The Hawkhills near York and what an incredible day it was. I’m excited now to be able to share a selection of their beautiful wedding photographs!

Set in 200 acres of stunning, manicured grounds, on a strikingly gorgeous day, The Hawkhills really was the perfect venue. With fantastic staff and coordinators on hand at every part of the day, Natasha & Dan were in the great hands from start to finish.

It was a lovely, relaxed morning of preparations. The bridal party had a ball trying to balance glasses of bubbly with hand and foot moisturising masks! The groomsmen made use of the venue’s billiards area whilst making sure every detail of their smart morning suits were perfect.

A sunlit ceremony room made for picturesque vows, then outside for some photographs and drinks on the lawns. We managed to sneak off for some beautiful bridal portraits in the apple orchard, before the wedding breakfast.

We were also treated to the most incredible golden hour of sunlight for bridal portraits. The sun sets behind the house which makes the treelined private driveway is the perfect spot for sunset images. This didn’t disappoint as you’ll see, with beautiful dappled golden sunlight flitting through the trees.
